Today’s focus: unlock the joints, spine, hips, and shoulders.
Most people confuse pain with weakness — but it’s often just immobility.

Mobility Routine At Home (6–8 Minutes)

Full Body Mobility Flow to Unlock Stiffness 1 | VfitZone 365 Day Fitness Challenge
🔁 Perform 1–2 rounds at your own pace:

1️⃣ Neck Rolls (30 sec each side)
2️⃣ Shoulder Circles (1 min)
3️⃣ Cat-Cow Stretch (1 min)
4️⃣ Hip Opener (Butterfly Pulse – 1 min)
5️⃣ Seated Twist (1 min each side)
6️⃣ Ankle Rolls (30 sec each side)

Optional: End with deep squat hold for 30 sec
