You don’t need a mat.

Total Time: 5 Minutes (2 Rounds x 2.5 Minutes)


Round 1 – (Warm-up the body, reconnect the breath)

  1. Neck Rolls (10 seconds each side)
    – Move slowly. No rush.
    – Inhale while looking up, exhale down.
    “Main apne stress ko dissolve kar raha hoon.”

  2. Shoulder Circles (10 reps forward + 10 reps backward)
    – Feel the release.
    – Imagine letting go of weight you’ve carried.

  3. Arm Reach + Stretch (Hold for 20 seconds each side)
    – One hand up, lean to opposite side.
    – Stretch the ribs and breathe deeply.

  4. Back Cat-Cow (Seated or Standing – 6 rounds)
    – Inhale: chest out, spine arch
    – Exhale: spine rounded, chin down

  5. Hip Circles (5 rounds each direction)
    – Grounded feet, gentle circular hip movement.

    – Touch toes or knees — whatever feels safe.
    – Let your head hang. Surrender tension.

  2. Knee Pull to Chest (Seated or lying – 20 sec each leg)
    – Hug your leg gently. Breathe into your belly.

  3. Ankle Rolls (10 circles each leg)
    – Ground yourself. Feel balance being restored.

  4. Mountain Pose Hold (30 seconds)
    – Stand tall. Arms beside body.
    – Eyes closed.
