1️⃣ Find a quiet space (even your bathroom or terrace will do)
2️⃣ Set timer: 5 minutes
3️⃣ Sit. Eyes closed.
4️⃣ Focus on: breath in + breath out
5️⃣ If thoughts come, whisper: “Not now. I’m healing.”
