 1. Body Reassessment Flow (7 Min)

  1. 10 Air Squats (Notice depth, balance)

  2. 15-sec Plank Hold (Feel core control)

  3. 10 Glute Bridges (Track squeeze & spine)

  4. 10 Arm Swings (Notice shoulder range)

  5. 30-sec Wall Sit (Check breath under tension)

 Don’t judge. Just observe:
– What feels more stable?
– What’s tighter?
– What’s smoother?

 This is not a test.
It’s a mirror.


 2. Mind Audit (5 Min)

Journal or speak out:

  • “What ritual do I now crave?”

  • “Which days shifted me deeply?”

  • “Where do I still resist?”

Now finish this sentence:

“I realize now that I was not _____. I am now becoming ____.”

 This realigns identity through reflection.


 3. Breath Reconnect Drill (5 Min)

  • Sit tall

  • Box breath: 4 in → 4 hold → 4 out → 4 hold

  • Repeat for 2 min

  • Then:

    • 3 deep breaths (nose in, mouth out)

    • Hold last inhale, whisper:

      “I carry strength in every breath.”

 Use this breath when fear, delay, or fatigue strike.


 4. Recommit Ritual (7–10 Min)

Write or speak:

  • “My body has shown me _____.”

  • “My mind is learning _____.”

  • “My next 30 days will be about _____.”

  • “When things get tough, I will remind myself: _____.”

Then close eyes, place hand on heart:

“I’m not who I was.
I’m not yet who I’ll become.
But today, I commit again.”

Repeat 3x.
