5 Minute Morning Energy Routine

5 Minute Morning Energy Boost Without Exercise
Do each for 1 minute (or 30 sec x 2 rounds):

1️⃣ Arm Shakes
2️⃣ Hip Rolls (circular rotation both sides)
3️⃣ March in Place (with arms swinging)
4️⃣ Forward Fold (hang and sway arms)
5️⃣ Slow Neck Circles

You can do this:

  • Right after waking up

  • Midday energy crash

  • Pre-meeting confidence boost

Mind Reset:
“I unlock energy by choosing to move.”
