  • Name: Live Now Ritual

  • Time: 10–15 Minutes

  • Best Time: Anytime you feel mentally cluttered

  • Tools: Hands, eyes, breath, objects around you


Step-by-Step Ritual (Presence Anchoring)


 5-Sense Reconnection (3 Min)

Look around and note:

  • 5 things you can see

  • 4 things you can hear

  • 3 things you can touch

  • 2 things you can smell

  • 1 thing you can taste or imagine tasting

Activates the “present sensorium” of the brain and lowers mind wandering


Hand Scan Touch + Breath (2 Min)

Rub palms together → place them over:

  • Eyes

  • Chest

  • Gut

  • Knees

Breathe slowly at each spot. Whisper mentally:

“Here. Now. Safe.”

Reconnects body to time through touch + breath awareness


Thought Observation Sit (3 Min)

Sit quietly. Watch thoughts.

  • Don’t stop them

  • Don’t judge them

  • Just label: “Thought… Thought… Thought…”

This separates your identity from your mind storm


 Time Slice Anchor (2 Min)

Pick an object near you (pen, leaf, bottle).

Look at it for 1 minute like you’ve never seen it before.
Notice shape, texture, light, shadows, vibration.

This slows mental pace + magnifies presence awareness


 Final Mantra Whisper (2 Min)

Whisper slowly:

“I am here.
I am now.
I am alive.”

Repeat it until your body starts believing it.

“I breathe now. I act now. I live now.”
