Energy Lock = Voluntary contraction of internal muscles + breath hold to:

Still Sit + Awareness (1 Min)

Sit cross-legged or on chair

Close eyes

Observe breath — no control
Settles surface energy
Breath-Hold Lock Practice (5 Rounds)
For each round:

Hold breath (inside)

Slightly tuck chin

Pull navel inward and upward

Hold 5–10 sec

Exhale slowly, relax
Engages Mula Bandha + Uddiyana Bandha
Repeat 5 rounds.

Core Tap with Mantra (1 Min)
Gently tap your lower belly with fingers while whispering:
“My center is strong.
I hold my power.
I release what’s weak.”
Tactile + verbal reinforcement = neural imprint
Final Hold + Stillness (2 Min)
Last round:
Inhale → Hold → Engage locks → Visualize a glowing golden ball in navel center
Exhale slowly.
Sit silently. Feel the core energy activated.

Mula Bandha (Root Lock):
Slight contraction of pelvic floor muscles (same as stopping urination midstream)
Strengthens base of spine and energy rise
Uddiyana Bandha (Abdominal Lock):
Suck belly upward under ribs while breath is held
Pulls prana upward, massages organs
Jalandhara Bandha (Throat Lock):
Chin tucked toward chest while holding breath
Traps prana in chest, calms thoughts
