  • Best Time: Morning / Post-work stress / Before sleep

  • Equipment Needed: Floor/ground + Bare feet or yoga mat


 Step-by-Step Ritual Breakdown

1️⃣ Barefoot Ground Sit – 1 Min

Sit cross-legged or with feet flat on floor.
Feel your base touching the ground.
Reconnects root energy with gravity + calm

2️⃣ Deep Earth Breaths – 1 Min

Inhale through nose (4 count), exhale through mouth (6 count).
Visualize roots growing from your body into Earth.
Slows nervous system + activates calm center

3️⃣ Foot Press Activation – 1 Min

Press heels gently into the floor, hold, release.
Repeat 10 times in rhythm.
Stimulates grounding muscles and connects you to Earth

4️⃣ Body Scan Awareness – 1 Min

Close eyes, scan each body part from toes to head.
Breathe into any tight zones.
Increases somatic awareness and calm

5️⃣ Gratitude Whisper – 1 Min
