Try each of these for 1–2 minutes (sit comfortably).1️⃣ Box Breathing (4–4–4–4)
Inhale for 4 sec → Hold 4 sec → Exhale 4 sec → Hold 4 sec2️⃣ 4-7-8 Breathing
Inhale 4 → Hold 7 → Exhale 8
(Repeat slowly 4–6 times)3️⃣ Nadi Shodhana (Alternate Nostril)
Inhale from one nostril, exhale from the other (slowly)🧠 Mind Reset:
