Welcome to Day 3 of the VfitZone 365 Days Challenge.

Today, we don’t move the body. We return to the breath.
Most people feel tired, anxious, distracted — not because of their body…
but because they’ve forgotten how to breathe.

Breathing Exercises to Control Stress & Focus Your Mind

🧘‍♂️ Today’s Task: 5 Minutes.
Try each of these for 1–2 minutes (sit comfortably).

1️⃣ Box Breathing (4–4–4–4)
Inhale for 4 sec → Hold 4 sec → Exhale 4 sec → Hold 4 sec

2️⃣ 4-7-8 Breathing
Inhale 4 → Hold 7 → Exhale 8
(Repeat slowly 4–6 times)

3️⃣ Nadi Shodhana (Alternate Nostril)
Inhale from one nostril, exhale from the other (slowly)
